The Abraham Joshua Heschel School is seeking to hire a cohort of Heschel Fellows for the remainder of the 2020-2021 school year. Heschel Fellows will assist all divisions, allowing Heschel to meet our students’ and teachers’ needs in light of our smaller class sizes created to minimize the risk of spreading Covid-19. Fellows responsibilities may include rotating into classrooms to provide teachers with planning time and breaks, substituting for faculty absences, and assisting with arrival, dismissal, and hallway monitoring.

Fellows will have excellent opportunities for learning, mentorship, exploration, and growth in a supportive, pluralistic Jewish community. Heschel Fellows will be supervised by Division Heads and participate in all faculty professional development.

This position will end at the end of the 2020-21 school year, effective June 18, 2021. Heschel fellows will receive a salary of $1,750 semi-monthly with a bachelor's degree, or $1,500 semi-monthly with a high school diploma.
